It’s hard to believe hotels.com reviews anymore since they seem to be AI generated. This was just a dated motel, no amenities, okay cleanliness but close to the airport. It was loud and you could hear other peoples plumbing through the walls. We ended up unplugging the room air conditioner because it was too loud to sleep. You know when they offer “sleep kits” at the front desk for lite sleepers it’s going to be loud. Oh well, it’s close to the airport for late arriving flights.

The 1 bedroom suite was absolutely huge, and the large kitchen allowed us to prepare breakfast in our room. The location is smack in the middle of town, at the inner harbour, a short walk to the Empress Hotel and surrounded by 5 star restaurants. The perfect location! When we come back to Victoria we will stay at the Regent again, no doubt about it!

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location. Staff was friendly and attentive. Highly recommend.
